Privacy Statement

This is the web site of the Illinois Gamma Chapter, RLC of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. This site is maintained by the Alumni Volunteer Corporation (AVC) on behalf of the undergraduate chapter at Monmouth College.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain properties you use.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail information volunteered by you, such as site registration, name and address, telephone number and scholarship information requests. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

With respect to ad servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to our AVC or chapter president or writing to us at our postal address. We request providing your membership number, your address and phone number in your written correspondence to verify your intentions.

If you supply us with your postal address online you are giving us permission to share this information with National and Monmouth College. We depend on these organizations to provide address lists and services to insure proper disclosures where necessary. We will honor your request to keep one or both parties excluded from your address, yet in so doing, we will suspend your address as we have no alternative method to communicate other than email.

Visitors may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above e-mail address or writing to us at the above postal address so we can make the notation on our records.

Prospective members and parents who supply us with their telephone numbers online will receive telephone contact from us and our undergraduate chapter members with information regarding your online submission.

If you provide us with any of your personal information, we will not share it with any for-profit organizations or others without a right to know. We will not enter into any agreement or contract with a company promising a financial incentive if we were to provide them our alumni names and addresses. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically. We reserve the right to contract with companies which will advance communication with our alumni with the promise to be diligent to protect your privacy.

Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them and a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us at our e-mail address or writing to us.

Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending this to our attention.
